一种基于短波红外焦平面阵列的盲元检测新方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对短波红外焦平面探测器盲元检测过程中存在的系统噪声和非均匀性问题,提出了一种综合递归滤波法、滑动窗口法和局部阈值法的盲元检测新方法。对所用递归滤波法、滑动窗口法以及局部阈值法的原理进行了阐述和分析,并对提出的新方法进行了实验仿真验证。结果表明:该方法不仅在一定程度上消除了系统噪声,提高了图像信噪比,而且有效克服了焦平面非均匀性对盲元检测的影响;与"2σ"原则和"3σ"原则盲元检测方法相比,该方法误判和漏判现象明显减少,提高了盲元检测精度,是一种比较实用的盲元检测方法。 Aiming at the problems of the system noise and the nonuniformity in the bad pixels detection process of SWIRFPA,a new bad pixels detection method is proposed,which synthesize recursive filter method,sliding window method and local threshold method.The principles of the three methods above are elaborated and analyzed in detail,and this new bad pixels detection method is verified by experimental simulation.The result show that:this new method not only eliminates the system noise and improves the image SNR in a certain degree,but overcomes the influence of IRFPA nonuniformity to bad pixels detection;Compared with the methods of "2σ " principle and "3σ" principle,the phenomenons of the misjudgment and the lost judgment in the new method decreases obviously,and the bad pixels detection precision is improvrd.Thus,the new method put forward in this paper is a kind of practical bad pixels detection method.
