摘要
通过对流化床造粒机造粒机理的分析,提出以颗粒数目为依据,建立系统平稳运行时其进出造粒机的颗粒数目必须处于平衡状态。解析流化床造粒机负荷与破碎机负荷的关系,为实际生产提供破碎机辊间距调整的理论依据,以降低生产装置能耗。
By an analysis of the granulation mechanism of the fluid-bed granulator a proposal is given that based on the number of granules, when the smooth running system is established, the num- ber of granules coming into and going out of the granulator must be in a balanced state. By analyzing the relation of the load in the fluid-bed granulator with that in the crusher a theoretical basis is provided for the adjustment of the spacing of the crusher rollers, to be used in actual production, so as to decrease the energy consumption of the production unit.
