摘要
以马氏珠母贝选系F2和对照群体为材料,比较了不同温度和盐度条件下选系F2大个体组(SL)、选系F2小个体组(SS)、对照群体大个体组(CL)和对照群体小个体组(CS)的滤食率的差异。结果表明:在15,20,25和30℃条件下,SL组的滤水率显著大于CL组(P<0.05),SS组的滤水率显著大于CS组(P<0.05);在20,24和28‰盐度条件下,SL组的滤水率显著大于CL组(P<0.05),SS组的滤水率显著大于CS组(P<0.05);在32‰盐度条件下,CL组的滤水率大于SL组,CS组的滤水率大于SS组,但两者的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。本结果说明选系F2的快速生长与其较高的滤食率相一致。
This paper reported differences in filtrate rate among four groups of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii sampled from the second generation selected line at different temperatures and salinities.The four groups were designated:SL(large size group sampled from the second generation selected line),SS(small size group sampled from the second generation selected and control lines),CL(large size group sampled from the control line),and CS(small size group sampled from the control line).It was found that filtrate rate of the SL group was significantly higher than that of the CL group at 15,20,25 and 30℃(P〈0.05).The SS group had significantly higher filtrate rate than the CS group at 15,20,25 and 30℃(P〈0.05).At 20,24 and 28‰,the SL group had significantly higher filtrate rate than the CL group and the SS group had significantly higher filtrate rate than the CS group(P〈0.05).At 32‰,however,the CL group had higher filtrate rate than the SL group and the CS group had higher filtrate rate than the SS group.But the differences in filtrate rate among the groups were insignificantly(P〉0.05).The present results indicate the relationship between the fast growth and high filtrate rate in the selected line of pearl oyster Pinctada martensii.
