螺旋桨用铜合金ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2的疲劳裂纹扩展特性 被引量:2

摘要 采用标准紧凑拉伸CT试样及改进型CT试样,研究了螺旋桨用铜合金ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2在空气、自来水及3.5%氯化钠水溶液中的疲劳裂纹扩展特性。结果显示:在自来水中,试验材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率与在空气中的差别不大,表明自来水对试验材料的腐蚀作用不明显;当应力强度因子范围ΔK在(17~32)MPa.m1/2之间变化时,在3.5%氯化钠水溶液中,试验材料的疲劳裂纹扩展速率明显比在空气中时快,表明试验材料同时受到了腐蚀作用,但当应力强度因子范围ΔK大于32MPa.m1/2时,这种腐蚀作用却随着ΔK的增加在逐渐弱化。研究结果为试验材料的工程应用提供了依据。 Using standard compact tension CT specimen and improved version of the CT specimen,fatigue crack propagation of copper alloy ZCuAl8Mn14Fe3Ni2 for propeller was investigated in air,tap-water and 3.5% sodium chloride aqueous solution.The results manifested that the fatigue crack propagation rates of the test material are roughly equal both in air and in tap-water,indicating that little or no corrosive effect of tap-water on the material.When stress intensity factor range varies in 17 MPa·m1/2 to 32 MPa·m1/2,fatigue crack propagation rate is quicker significantly in 3.5% sodium chloride aqueous solution than that in air,indicating that the test material has been corroded simultaneously,but the corrosion is gradually weakening.as the increase of the stress intensity range when it is over 32MPa·m1/2.The results for the test material would provide a reference for engineering application.
