摘要
本文阐述了低游离甲醛脲醛树脂基复合高分子材料的研究进展,分析了复合高分子材料产生游离甲醛的途径和解决方法,探讨了脲醛树脂对低游离甲醛复合材料的影响,最后阐述了采用脲醛树脂基复合高分子材料的改性来解决游离甲醛的释放量。
In this article the development of low formaldehyde-emission UF resin polymer materials is reviewed.The formation of free formaldehyde in composite polymer is analysed and the solution is proposed,then the effect of UF is discussed.The release amount of free formaldehyde is controled with modified UF resin polymer materials.
