摘要
采用拉伸试验、断口分析和组织观察,研究150℃和175℃下不同Sn含量Mg-6Al合金的抗拉强度和延伸率,得出Mg-6Al合金的力学性能随Sn含量的变化关系。结果表明,随着Sn含量的增加,Mg-6Al合金的抗拉强度和延伸率均先增加后降低,且均在Sn含量为1%时取得最大值。加入适量的Sn可改善Mg-6Al合金的显微组织,从而提高其力学性能。
The tensile strength and elongation of Mg-6Al alloy with different content of Sn at 150℃ and 175℃ are investigated by tensile test.s, fracture analysis and microstructure observation, and the relation between Sn and the mechanical properties of Mg-6Al alloy is obtained. The results show that the tensile strength and the elongation of Mg-6Al alloy are increased at first and then decreased with the increase of Sn content. And the peaks appear at 1% Sn. With the suitable content of Sn, the microstrueture of Mg-6Al alloy can be improved and the mechanical properties can be promoted.
