摘要
综述对Cr20Ni80使用寿命影响因素的研究进展。Cr20Ni80的表面氧化膜是影响其使用寿命的重要因素,氧化膜越致密,与基体粘结力越强,其使用寿命越长。Cr20Ni80合金中存在的其他元素如氮、氧、碳、硅和稀土等对其力学性能和抗氧化性能的影响是复杂的。同时也不可忽视环境介质对合金的作用。
The advances in research on influential factors of longevity for Cr20Ni80 electric-resistance alloy is reviewed. The oxide film of Cr20Ni80 is an important factor influencing the performance of Cr20Ni80, the compacter the oxide film is, the longer the longevity is. The influences of the rest elements, such as N, O, C, Si and RE on oxide resistance and mechanic performances are complicated. The influence of the alloy working environment can not be neglected.
