提钒尾渣常压酸浸提钒 被引量:16

Vanadium Recovery from Extracted Vanadium Residue by Atmospheric Pressure Acid Leaching

摘要 针对提钒尾渣的矿物特点,通过加入氢氟酸破坏矿物结构后用高锰酸钾氧化溶解钒。结果表明,能把包裹钒的矿物破坏,促进钒的浸出,达到较理想的浸出效果。尾渣提钒不适宜两段浸出。最佳浸出条件为H2SO4浓度150g.L-1、HF浓度30g.L-1、KMnO4用量为3.33%、液固比L∶S=5∶1、浸出时间4h。在此条件下钒的浸出率可达82.86%。 On the basis of the characteristics of extracted vanadium residue, the vanadium is extracted by addition of hydrofluoric acid to destroy the structure of ferrospinel and then by potassium hypermanganate oxidic to resolve the vanadium. The results indicate that the wrapping of vanadium by vanadium ferrospinel can be destroyed, and so that is in favor of their vanadium leaching, the ideal leaching results can be obtained, but two-stage leaching is not suitable. The optimal condition of vanadium extraction is sulphuric acid value 150g·L^-1, hydrofluoric acid value 30g·L^-1, potassium hypermanganate dosage 3.33%, L: S phase ratio 5: 1, leaching time 4h. Under this condition, the leaching percent of vanadium reaches 82.86%.
