摘要
四象限变流器以其交流电流谐波含量低,网侧功率因数高,电能双向传输,以及动态响应快等优点而成为交流传动电力机车和电动车组的电源侧变流器。四象限变流器交流侧电感的设计对PWM整流器的性能至关重要。为此,详细分析交流侧电流的瞬态变化过程以及交流回路矢量关系,从满足瞬态电流跟踪指标以及最大调制比限制确定了电感值的取值范围,同时分析了接触网电压波动对电感设计的影响。通过仿真证实了本文方法的可行性和正确性。
Owing to possessing the merits of low harmonic current component fed to the catenary,high power factor,bi-directional flow of energy,excellent dynamic response and so on,four-quadrant converter(4QC) is applied to AC drive electric locomotive and electric multiple unit as line-side rectifier.The inductance value for 4QC is vital to the performance of the PWM rectifier.Transient process of AC side current tracing and vector relation of AC loop are analyzed.According to meeting the tracing performance of transient current and limit of the maximal modulation ratio,a scheme is put forward to design AC side inductance of for 4QC for AC drive locomotive.Meanwhile,the effect of catenary voltage fluctuation on inductance design is analyzed in the paper.The results of simulation verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed method.
