碳源对柑橘愈伤组织生长及体细胞胚胎发生能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨继代多年的柑橘愈伤组织不能再生胚状体的原因,寻找碳源与柑橘愈伤组织体细胞胚胎发生之间的关系和选择柑橘愈伤组织快速生长的最佳碳源,本文就碳源对柑橘愈伤组织生长及体细胞胚胎发生能力的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:蔗糖和葡萄糖有利于柑橘愈伤组织生长,乳糖和甘油对柑橘愈伤组织的生长影响较小,而可溶性淀粉不利于柑橘愈伤组织的生长。不同碳源对具有体细胞胚胎发生能力的柑橘愈伤组织的影响各异,但对于失去再生能力的柑橘愈伤组织而言,不同碳源对其体细胞胚胎发生不起作用。 The effects of carbon sources to growth speed of calli and somatic embryogenesis in citrus were investigated.The results showed that sucrose and glucose were propitious to the growth of citrus calli.The effects of lactose and glycerol were small to the growth of citrus calli.Soluble starch was not propitious to the growth of Citrus calli.The effects of different carbon sources to somatic embryogenesis of Citrus calli with regeneration ability were different,while no effects to citrus calli without regeneration ability.
