摘要
在对区域创新体系概念及其内涵进行梳理的基础上,文章深入分析了广西北部湾经济区区域创新体系的现状及存在的主要问题,提出了构建广西北部湾经济区区域创新体系的总体思路和6大具体举措。
This paper based on the theory of regional innovation system concept and connotation,in-depth analysis of the regional innovation system in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of the present situation and existing problems,and puts forward the construction of regional innovation system in beibu gulf economic region of the overall thinking and six measures.
