摘要
经济建设的资金需求主要由企业规模扩张来满足。文章主要通过论证上市融资是风险规避下企业扩张的最优资本集中方式,从而提出广西工业化建设应当实施企业"上市战略"的意见和实施策略。
Capital requirements of economic construction is mainly from enterprise scale expansion.Under evading risk,through listing on stock market is the optimal way of centralization capital,based on this,the paper proposes that Guangxi industrial construction shall implement enterprise listing strategies.
