通过分析冶金有色工业在甘肃省经济社会的优势地位、存在的突出问题,提出了增强自主创新能力、抓好节能减排、发展循环经济、提高资源综合利用等加快发展方式转变的思路、对策和措施.

By analyzing the advantages of non-ferrous metallurgical industries in the Gansu Province＇s economy and some prominent problems in this industry, this paper puts forward some ideas, strategies and measures to speed up the development mode shift by enhancing the independent innovation ability and reducing energy consumption and carbon emission, as well as developing recycling economy while improving the comprehensive utilization of resources.
