摘要 对红土镍矿进行高酸浸出,浸出滤液加入硅镁镍矿预中和,预中和滤液加入菱镁矿中和结晶除铁,除铁滤液加入菱镁矿沉镍,沉镍滤液浓缩结晶高纯硫酸镁,高纯硫酸镁生产下游高纯镁产品,除铁渣用于炼铁;浸出渣、预中和渣用于生产白炭黑的工艺.实现红土镍矿资源全回收. In order to manage a full resource recovery of the laterite-nickel ore and achieve the purpose ot clean production, the paper introduces the methods of leaching the Laterite-nickel ore with high acid, pre-neutralizing the lixiviuin with noumeite and collecting the filter liquor, removing iron from the liquor by using magnesite and collecting the nonferrous filtrate, applying magnesite to the filtrate to make nickel precipitate, and concentrating the nickel-free filtrate to obtain crystallized high-purity magnesium sulfate, which can produce downstream products of high-purity magnesium. In this way the iron residue can be used in iron-making, and the residue of leaching and pre-neutralization could produce silica white.
