通过一个施工区的PDCA循环,利用排列图和因果图分析方法,找出了施工中存在的问题,制定了相关对策,经过组织实施,取得了良好的防水效果,也为防水施工提供了成功的经验。

This paper finds the problem under construction by the PDCA cycle of a construction area and using the Pareto Diagram and Causality Diagram method.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The waterproof effect is improved after construction organization and this method provides the successful experience for waterproof construction.
