Discussion on the Optimized Benefits Gaining of Holding the National Games

全运会作为我国发展竞技体育的最高形式,在社会背景的影响下,发生了一些变化并形成了其特有的性质。为了成功举办第12届全国运动会,推动体育产业的发展,现对全运会的性质、变化及以往成功案例进行了分析,以便汲取成功经验,并从经济、文化软实力、全民健身方面提出一些促使全运会效益达最佳化的建议。

Under the social background affection,as the highest form of competitive sports in our country,the Chinese National Games has changed a lot and formed its specific characters during the development of our society.In order to improve the sports industry and the development of Liaoning Province and to hold a successful the 12th National Games,this paper analysises the properties,changes,and the successful forepassed items to draw some useful experiences.From the aspects of economy,culture soft power and mass sports,it also puts forward some effective recommendations to make the optimized benefits of the National Games.
