网球俱乐部是体育与经济结合的产物,只有源源不断的资金注入,才能保持俱乐部经济上的良性循环。但是目前我国网球俱乐部普遍存在着融资方式单一,资金供不应求的融资困难。在考察网球俱乐部融资困境的基础上,引入资产证券化模式,结合中国的实际情况设计可行性方案,旨在缓解和解决我国网球俱乐部的融资难题,促进网球业的蓬勃发展。

The tennis club is the combination of sports and economy.Only with an endless cash flow can we keep the economy on a virtuous circle.While at present,the difficulties of financing mode＇s singleness and capital＇s demand exceeding supply are now widespread problems among tennis club.This essay,which is based on inspecting the tennis club＇s financing difficulties,introduces asset securitization model creatively.And it aims to revive and solve the tennis club＇s financing problems with designing a feasible scheme according to the real situation of China,promotes the vigorous development of tennis industry at the same time.
