运动对心肌、骨骼肌HSP70表达影响的研究进展

摘要 热休克蛋白的分子伴侣、抗氧化、抗损伤、协同免疫及抗细胞凋亡等多种功能,不仅生物界对它越来越关注,而且运动医学界的学者也对它产生了浓厚的兴趣。HSP70作为细胞应激蛋白,对不同强度与形式的运动,其反应和适应有很大差异,这为我们进一步认识运动规律,从而进行科学的体育锻炼和运动训练提供了新的思路和方法。 The functions of heat shock protein on molecular chaperone,anti-oxidation,anti-injury,coordinated immunization and anti-apoptosis not only makes it increasingly concerned by the living world but also by sports scholars of the medical profession.As a stress protein,the response of HSP70 is different to different intensity and form of movement,and it provides new ideas and methods for our further understand on campaign laws and scientific physical training and exercise training.As a result,it is concerned by sports scholars of the medical profession.
