摘要
运用追踪实验法,在我校进行了自卫防身课程教学尝试,通过与武术套路教学进行对比研究得出:大学开设自卫防身课比武术套路选项课教学更受师生的喜爱,自卫防身课程比武术套路课程教学效果好;同时也得出在目前高校开展自卫防身课也存在着一定的局限性。
In this paper,self-defense curriculum set up in my school teaching by tracking experiment used to,and compared to martial arts,and come to the results:self-defense classes opened in the university are the more elective than the martial arts course by teachers and students,self-defense programs are the more effective than the martial arts routine teaching;and self-defense classes carried out have some limitations in colleges and universities.
