摘要
简要介绍了汽车用塑胶漆涂装工艺及铝粉漆在其中的应用。以双组分汽车内饰铝粉漆为基础配方,通过改变喷涂条件,喷涂铝粉漆样板,以目视及测色仪测定等方法,讨论铝粉漆中影响铝粉定向排列的因素。
The painting process of automobile plastic paint and application of aluminum powder introduced briefly. By two-component automotive interior aluminum paint formula as the base formula, changing the spraying conditions, spraying aluminum paint plate, and colorimetry by visualization and colorimeter etc., the influential factors of orientation of aluminum powder in aluminum paint were discussed.
