基于LabVIEW的FMCW雷达料位监测系统的设计

摘要 介绍了FMCW雷达料位计监测的基本原理以及实现方法,设计了基于DSP为处理核心的FMCW雷达料位计的硬件系统和软件系统。开发了基于LabVIEW的上位机管理软件直观地显示料位数据,方便人机交互。该系统精度高、适应性好、不存在近距离盲区,可以用来测量固体、液体、粉状体等多种介质的料位。 The article introduces the basic principle as well as the realizing method of the FMCW radar level monitoring system,the hardware and software of the level monitoring system which regards DSP as the core is also developed.It simplifies the management system based on LabVIEW which can directly demonstrates the data to make the man-machine interactive convenient.It has many advantages such as high precision,good compatibility,has no close-blind spot and so on.This system can be used to gauge the level of the solid,the liquid,the dust and so many kinds of medium material.
