摘要
射线检测夹套容器焊缝时,由于工件表面至胶片的距离比相同情况下单壁透照大的多,为提高底片的清晰度和对比度,必须合理选择透照参数。文章通过理论分析和实验分析,阐述了夹套容器焊缝射线检测时,选择管电压,增大其射线照相对比度,提高了小缺陷检出率。
when the Jacket Vessel Detected in X-ray,the distance form work piece surface to film larger than that of radiographed Great Wall,so the radiographed parameters must be reasonably selected in order to improve the clarity and contrast of the film.Based on the comprehensive theoretical analysis and experiments,it is showed that through the choice of tube voltage and increase industrial radiography contrast when the Jacket Vessel Detected in X-ray,the small defect detection can be improved.
