摘要
通过对一种夹钳箱不当加工工艺的分析,引入一种焊接用胎具装置,并介绍胎具设计过程及工作的基本原理,以及具体的施焊过程,实践证明此方法在装焊过程中对焊件的尺寸特设及位置精度起到了保证作用。
Based on the analysis of a improper clamp box process,the paper introduces a welding model device and its design and work principle,It is proved that the method can ensure the dimpnsinal accuary.
