摘要
车牌识别系统(License Plate Recognition,简称LPR)技术基于数字图像处理,是智能交通系统中的关键技术之一,同时它的发展也十分迅速,已经逐渐融入到我们的现实生活中。对车牌图像预处理、车牌定位与字符分割等技术进行了详细分析,从算法分析和实验研究两个角度,对LPR系统字符识别部分进行了深入研究。文章介绍了车牌识别系统的意义、图像去噪处理以及图像二值化方法,并通过仿真试验模拟了图像处理的过程。实验证明了文中的图像处理方法用于车牌识别的有效性。
License Plate Recognition System based on digital image processing,intelligent transportation system is one of the key technologies in and at the same time its very rapid development,has been gradually integrated into our real life.In this paper image pre-processing of the license plate,license plate character segmentation and positioning technologies were give a detailed analysis.From the algorithm analysis and experimental study of two angles of LPR systems for character recognition part of an in-depth research.This paper introduces the significance of the license plate recognition technology,the methods of image noise reduction,binary image and the realization of image pre-processing algorithms in experimental system.Through the test process of image processing,simulation proves that the paper in the image processing on the validity of license plate recognition.
