摘要
为解决联合空情预警作战规划的有效性、真实性和科学性等问题,给出了联合空情预警作战规划的概念.根据联合空情预警作战规划战场环境复杂、协同性要求高、难以做到"精确规划"等特点给出了基本程序和8项内容;应用Delphi法建立作战规划方案的检验评估指标体系;结合灰色系统理论对规划过程及规划方案的检验评估提出了具体步骤.
In order to solve the problems of validity,facticity and scientificalness of the operational programming of the joint air intelligence warning system,the conception of the system operational programming was given,and its basic program and eight items of contents were presented in terms of the features of complicated battlefield environment,high requirements for cooperativity and being hard to implement accurate programming.And then the test and evaluation index system of operational programming was established by using Delphi method.Finally the procedures were proposed for the test and evaluation of programming process and scheme in terms of the grey system theory.
