摘要 为了克服传统的单重PFC变换器不利于开关频率提高以及输出功率不高等缺点,提出了以UCC28070为主控芯片的双重PFC变换器.该变换器通过使两组Boost单元电路中的电感电流相互交错来降低输入电流纹波和开关器件的电流应力,从而提高其开关频率、功率等级和效率.仿真和实验结果均表明:该双重PFC变换器具有良好的功率因数校正效果、小的输入电流纹波、低的功率开关电应力,并能够大幅度减小整个功率电路的成本.此变换器可适用于大电流高功率等场合. Concerning that traditional single PFC is baffled for enhancing switch frequency and output power etc,a double PFC converter based on the rockchip UCC28070 was proposed.The switch frequency,power level and its efficiency of the converter can be improved by making two groups of Boost unit circuits interleaving mutually to lower the input current ripple and current stress of switch devices.Both simulation and experimental results show that this double PFC converter is of better power factor correction,small input current ripple and lower power switch electric stress,and can decrease the cost of the entire power circuit.This converter can be applied to the occasion of heavy current and high power.
