Idea and Hint of Resolution to Tort Dispute between Oil Enterprise and Local Enterprise

结合油田企业与地方企业之间发生的侵权纠纷案件,对其矛盾焦点即原判适用法律有误的问题进行分析,并通过案件处理过程和结果,挖掘在企业管理中的依法治企,特别是在正确处理企地关系、积极主动依法维权、改变油田企业生存的外部环境问题上的启示作用。

Combined with case of tort dispute between oil enterprise and local enterprise, we analyzed the problems something wrong with applicable law that was used in the original sentence, and through process and result of the case we dug out hint function of governance of enterprise in enterprise management, especially in correct deal with relation be- tween oil enterprise and local enterprise, active defend right with law and improvement of outer living environment of oil enterprise.
