A Talk about Thin Painting in Gouache Painting

水粉画薄画近似古典油画的透明画法,它是在直接画法的基础上减少了"粉"的使用,通过层层罩染达到预期的效果。从材质上分析,水粉画薄画与水彩画、中国水墨画法有很多相似之处。

The thin painting in gouache painting is similar to the transparent painting in classical oil painting. On the base of direct painting, it reduces the usage of ＂powder＂ and achieves the desirable results by covering and dyeing layer by layer. Analyzed from the painting materials, the thin painting in gouache painting has many similarities to watercolor painting and Chinese wash painting.
