摘要
以实际的喷射虹吸式坐便器的物理模型为基础,建立了坐便器冲水过程的三维数值模拟方法,得出了一条从"实物-CAD逆向建模-网格划分-FLUENT数值求解-结果显示与分析-结构优化-结果比较与分析"的数值模拟方法,通过考察水包壁面流场水流分布、总压分布及壁面速度场分布,由计算结果得到坐便器性能优化的规律。根据分析结果,结合进一步的实验研究,可为高质量、节水型坐便器的开发和设计提供重要依据。
This thesis established a three-dimensional numerical method about the toilet flushing process based on the actual physical model of siphon jet toilet,and obtained a numerical simulation that is "physical-CAD reverse modelingmesh-FLUENT numerical solution-results and analysis-optimization-comparative results and analysis".The law of toilet performance optimization could be obtained by examining the wall-water flow water distribution, the total pressure distribution and wall velocity distribution.The results showed that it could offer an important basis for the development and design of high-quality and water-saving toilets.
