摘要
陶瓷湿敏电阻器是湿度传感的重要元件,但因其阻-湿特性往往呈非线性而使用不便。本文利用最小二乘法对典型的"铬镁钛"系陶瓷湿敏电阻的阻-湿特性进行了线性拟合。结果表明,这种线性拟合方法简单可行,可用于非线性湿敏等敏感电阻器件的线性化处理。
Ceramic wet sensitive resistor is an important component of humidity sensor,but it is inconvenient to use because of its nonlinear wet resistance characteristic.In this work,Least-square method was used to fitting the linearization of wet resistance characteristic of the system Cr-Mg-Ti.The results showed that the method was simply and easily used in dealing with the linearization of nonlinear wet sensitive resistors.
