Urban Large Scale Digital Topographic Mapping and Its Application

本文介绍厦门城市在1∶500大比例尺全要素数字化测图实践中,依据国家标准,紧扣测绘成果的主要用途—土地房屋登记,结合本地实际,提出一测多图、一图多用的目标。从技术设计方案入手,明确控制测量、数字测图的各项技术指标,提出应对措施以及全过程产品的质量监控要求,以期满足厦门城乡土地、房产登记的需要,并积极探索解决城市基本图更新难的问题,实现测绘信息资源充分共享,开创测绘信息保障服务新模式。

In the practical work the whole elements of Xiamen 1∶500 large scal digital topographic mapping,and standing on the national standard,griping the main achievements of surveying and mapping — land building regidtration,and combinding local practice,＂one suveying giving more maps and one map having more usage＂ is put forward.Starting with the design scheme,and clarifying technical indexes of control measurment and digital mapping,the countermeasures and the requiments of quality contorl for products of whole process were proposed,which is hope that it will be satisfying with the needs of Xiamen urban and controny＇s land and estate registration.This paper is also exploring the issure of how to resolve renewing urban fundamental map,which for the purpose of sharing surveying and mapping information resorce,and starting a new model for surveying and mapping guarantee service.
