城市地下管线信息系统的背景电子地图是系统推广应用的重要组成部分,本文以昆明市基本比例尺地形图为基础,对其中要素进行采集与获取、编辑,制作一种能够表示包括地下管线要素在内的通用型电子地图,地图数据量适当,在系统中显示速度快,并能够在本计算机或互联网环境的地下管线信息系统中作为背景地图推广使用。

The electronic map is an important part of the underground pipeline information system application.In this paper,the basic scale relief map of Kunming,which elements of the collection and acquisition,editing,producing a kind of universal electronic map that underground pipelines information can be expressed.Including general-purpose digital map,map data appropriate to display speed in the system,and can be promote in one computer or the Internet environment to use
