摘要 采用气相色谱对2,4-二硝基苯酚及其有机杂质进行分离,峰面积归一化法进行定量分析。通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术确定了样品中杂质的结构。通过对比试验确定了色谱柱和色谱分离条件。使用精密度数据对分析方法进行了评价。 2, 4-Dinitrophenol and its organic impurities were separated by gas chromatography, and their contents were quantified by peak area normalization method. The structures of impurities were confirmed by GC-MS. The chromatographic column and the separa- tion condition of sample were determined by contrast tests. The analysis method was evaluated by the data of precision.
