介绍了铅精矿氧气底吹炉熔炼产出的含镉烟尘在锌冶炼系统回收镉的生产实践。含镉烟尘与回转窑烟尘一起稀酸浸出,酸浸渣送铅系统回收铅,酸浸液并入锌冶炼系统的焙砂浸出液,在锌冶炼系统采用常规工艺回收镉,产出镉锭。
The cadmium of cadmium-containing dust was recovered in the zinc smelting system, which was produced by lead concentrate melting in oxygen bottom-blown furnace. The cadmium-containing dust was neutral-acid leaching together with dust from rotary kiln. The acid leaching slag was delivered to lead system to recovery lead, and the acid leaching solution entered into the main zinc circuit incorporated with the calcine leaching solution of zinc system. The cadmium was recovered by conventional process of zinc smelting system, and the cadmium ingot was produced.
