On Our Country＇s Investigative Mode from an Investigative Practice Perspective

侦查模式是侦查各要素之间相互影响、相互作用所形成的稳定运行过程。对其运行过程进行探讨，有助于丰富和完善侦查模式，进而对侦查实践发挥更好的指导作用。对侦查模式的研究，不能仅仅停留在控、辩、审三方在侦查程序中的力量分配，而应着力引导侦查走向更深、更细致的理想空间。

The investigative mode remains a stable process in which various investigative elements influence and interact on each other. To take a probe into the process can enrich and perfect the investigative mode, and give a better guidance to the investigative practice. As to the study of investigation, we should strive to make the investigation go into a deeper and more meticulous ideal space while we make full play of the strengths of the prosecution, the defense and the judgment.
