论社区矫正制度的构建——京、沪模式的检视与引申

On Construction of the Community Correction

矫正刑思想来源于刑事社会学派，其当代使命在于“行刑”、“矫正”、“安置救济”三个方面。近年来，北京、上海两地通过颁布规范性法律文件的方式，分别对社区矫正进行了有益尝试。京、沪两地模式各有优弊．但无疑都对构建我国社区矫正制度提供了鲜活的参考。

The idea of correction comes from the criminal punishment, whose contemporary task lies in such aspects as execution, correction, settlement and relief. In recent years, through promulgating the normalizative document of law, Beijing and Shanghai have had a beneficial attempt to set the community correction on foot. Though they have respective advantages and disadvantages, they undoubtedly provide vivid references to build our community correctional system.
