临床路径在腹腔镜下行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术患者中的应用研究

Study on application of clinical pathway in patients with varicocele undergoing operation of high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins by laparoscope

目的:探讨临床路径在腹腔镜下行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术患者中的应用效果。方法:将40例预行腹腔镜下高位结扎术的精索静脉曲张患者随机分为实验组和对照组各20例。实验组实施临床路径,对照组采取传统的治疗与护理,观察两组患者的住院天数、住院费用、健康知识掌握率、患者及其家属满意度等指标,并进行比较。结果:实验组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05),而健康知识掌握率、患者及其家属满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:临床路径作为一种先进的科学的医院质量管理模式应用于腹腔镜下行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术患者中,可减少住院天数,降低住院费用,促进康复,增加满意度,提高医疗护理质量和医院的社会竞争地位,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective：To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in patients with varicocele undergoing operation of high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins by laparoscope.Methods：40 patiens with varicocele who would undergo operation of high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins by laparoscope were divided into two groups：trial group and control group,each group had 20 patients.Clinical pathway was enforced in trial group,while control group patients received traditional therapy and nursing.Hospital days,hospital fee,mastering rate of health knowledge,satisfaction degree of patients and their family members were observed and compared between two groups.Results：The average hospital days and hospital fee of trial group were lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,while mastering rate of health knowledge and satisfaction degree of patients and their family members in trial group were markedly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Clinical pathway as an advanced and scientific quality management model of hospital applied in patients with varicocele undergoing operation of high ligation of internal spermatic cord veins by laparoscope can decrease hospital days and fee of patients,promote rehabilitation,increase satisfaction degree,improve medical care quality and competition role of hospital in society.It deserves to be widely used in clinical practice.
