护生临床实习安全隐患分析及对策

Analysis on the hidden trouble of nursing safety among students nurse and its corresponding measures

目的:探讨护生实习期间护理安全影响因素及防范对策。方法:对我院2006年～2007年护生实习后期发生的9例护理差错、投诉案例进行分析及采取相应措施。结果:护生法律意识淡薄、执行操作规程不认真、未严格执行"三查七对"、未能较好执行带教老师放手不放眼的制度是影响护理安全的主要因素。采取相应措施后,取得满意效果,护理差错、投诉率由7.44%下降至2.82%。结论:加强护生实习管理,严格执行各项查对制度,健全和完善临床教学监督机制,注重沟通能力的培养是预防差错发生的关键。

Objective：To explore the hidden trouble of nursing safety among nursing students and its corresponding measures.Methods：The 9 cases of nursing errors or complaints among students nurse from 2006 to 2007 were analyzed and some relevant measures were implemented.Results：The main influence factors of nursing safety among students nurse were weak legal awareness,unserious attitude to the implementation of nursing procedures and check regulations,as well as clinical teachers＇supervision.After implementing relevant measures,we received a satisfactory effect.The ratio of errors or complaints had dropped from 7.4 percent to 2.8 percent.Conclusion：The key points to prevent nursing errors are to strengthen the management of students nurse,strictly implement the check regulations,improve the supervision system in the clinical practice and pay attention to the faculty of communication.
