心理干预对冠心病患者焦虑的影响

Influence of psychological intervention on anxienty of coronary heart patient

目的:探讨心理干预对冠心病患者焦虑的影响,为冠心病患者提供心理干预的依据。方法:将75例冠心病住院患者随机分成观察组38例和对照组37例,两组患者均接受常规治疗护理及健康教育,观察组在此基础上由护士指导进行心理支持疗法、渐进性放松等心理干预。分别于入院时和入院后第5d采用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS)测量两组患者的焦虑程度。结果:观察组和对照组入院时焦虑程度比较(P>0.05)无统计学意义,心理干预后两组患者焦虑程度比较(P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论:心理干预可减轻或消除冠心病患者的焦虑情绪。

Objective：To investigate the psychological intervention on anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease effects of psychological intervention for patients with coronary heart disease basis.Methods：75 cases of hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the observation group（n=38）and control group（n=37）.Two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment,care and health education on the basis of the observation group in this guidance by nurses psychological support therapy,progressive relaxation and other psychological intervention.Respectively,at admission and after 5 days of anxiety using Zung Self-Rating Scale（SAS）measurement of the two groups of patients with anxiety.Results：The results of the observation group and the control group the degree of anxiety on admission compared to patients with anxiety differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）,no statistical significance,psychological intervention in patients with anxiety differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion：of psychological intervention in patients with coronary heart disease reduce or eliminate the anxiety.
