摘要
用熔融混炼的方法制备了聚碳酸酯/多壁碳纳米管(PC/MWNTs)复合材料,研究了复合材料表面电阻率与MWNTs含量的关系。结果表明,随着MWNTs含量的增加,复合材料的表面电阻率呈不断下降的趋势,MWNTs含量为2Wt%时是复合材料的导电阈值;通过透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料微观组织的观测分析,研究了MWNTs在复合材料中的分散性及MWNTs和聚合物基体的界面结合程度。
The thesis studies the relationship between the surface resistivity of composite materials and the PC/MWNTs contents in them by melt blending those materials.The result shows the surface resistivity of the composite materials tends to drop while the MWNT contents are increased,and that the percolation threshold is reached when the MWNT contents are 2Wt%.The dispersion of MWNTs in the composite materials and the degree of interfacial bonding of MWNTs and polymer matrix are also studied by analyzing the microstructure of the composite materials through TEM and SEM.
