摘要
目前我国高校就业形势非常严峻,就业人数不断达到新高峰。其原因既有目前就业机制不够完善,高校培养方面定位不够明确,缺乏实践教学与就业指导的因素,也有大学生自身就业观念落后、职业能力与学习应变能力欠缺等方面的因素。为应对高校就业的新高峰,国家可以通过加强宏观调控、优化产业结构等各项政策来促进就业,高校应该明确培养目标、加强实践教学和就业指导;大学生自身更应转变就业观念、努力提高自身各方面的素质和能力。
The employment situation is severe in Chinese universities,and the quantity of employment continue to reach new height.The influencing factors lie in the imperfect employment system,unclear trainning goals,lack of practical teaching and career guidance,and college students’ outdated employment ideas,lack of professional skills and abilities of both learning and adjusting to changing circumstances.To cope with the high employment peak,the government may promote employment by macro-control and optimization of industrial structure;higher institutions may clarify training goals and strengthen practical teaching and career gudiance;and as for university students,they may change their employment ideas,and try to improve their qualities and abilities.
