Bayesian and empirical Bayesian estimators for unknown parameter of Rayleigh distribution are given under symmetric entropy loss function and the admissibility of estimators are also discussed.The admissibility and inadmissibility of estimator with the form of（cT＋ d）-1 are also attained.
