摘要 针对组合夹具结构复杂、布局灵活多变、装配规律性差的特点,采用面向对象思想进行组合夹具自动装配建模。通过对组合夹具功能及装配特征的研究,完成基于工件的组合夹具面向对象装配模型的建立,并结合实例说明了该模型建立方法的可行性。该方法使组合夹具自动装配进一步柔性化,适合现代制造的需求。 In view of the complex structures, flexible layouts and the poor assembling regularity of modular fixtures, the object-oriented thought has been adopted for modeling of modular fixture automatic assembly. According to the study on the function and assembly feature of modular fixture, the modular fixture object-oriented assembly model based on workpiece has been established, and the feasibility of the establishing method for the model has been proved with examples. This method has made the automatic assembly of modular fixture much more flexible,which meets the modern manufacturing demands.
