摘要
目前所报道的稀土杂多配合物主要包括Weakley,Silverton,Keggin和Dawson等结构,其中对Keggin和Dawson结构的研究最多.相关研究表明:[Ln(β2-SiW11O39)2]13-表现出了2种具有不同手性特征的构型.对于体积较大的稀土原子,配合物表现为点阵群为C2的(R,R)(或(S,S))构型.随着稀土原子体积的逐渐减小,配合物出现点阵群为C2的(R,S)(或(S,R))构型,并且该构型所占比例逐渐升高.对于Dawson结构的稀土杂多配合物,在不同的反应条件下,Ln3+和Dawson型杂多阴离子可以形成1∶1,2∶2,1∶2,2∶1,3∶1或3∶2的不同构型的配合物.利用稀土元素为配位桥,将有机基团引入杂多化合物,构筑结构新颖的稀土杂多配合物是当前该领域的研究热点.稀土杂多配合物对艾滋病毒、流感病毒、乙型肝炎病毒等均有较强的抑制作用,还具有较好的抑制肿瘤和抑菌作用,其中对抑制艾滋病毒、流感病毒和肿瘤的研究较多.
There are many structures of rare earth-containing heteropoly compounds including Weakley, Silverton, Keggin and Dawson structure et al. In these structures, Keggin and Dawson structure are studied more than other structures. Some research indicted that [Ln (β2-SiW11O39)2]^13- exhibit two different configurations. Large Ln^3+ ions appear to favor an (R,R) (or (S,S)) configuration (point group C2) of the Keggin units, with an increasing amount of (R,S) (or (S,R)) configuration (point group C1) found in the solid state as the Ln^3+ion decreases in size. According to researches Ln^3+ and the Dawson units can be formed compounds with different structures such as 1 : 1, 2 : 2, 1 : 2, 2 : 1, 3 : 1 or 3 : 2 in different reaction conditions. The hot research area is to synthesize novel heteropoly compounds consisting of organic group by lanthanum ligand. The rare earth-containing heteropoly compounds have inhibiting effect on HIV, influenza virus, hepatitis B virus, and also have good antitumor and inhibitory effect. The researches on anti-HIV, anti-influenza virus and anti-tumor are morethan others.
