摘要
使用亚铁氰化钾修饰电极,在优化实验条件下,采用方波伏安法测定L-组氨酸.结果表明:在pH为5.00的三酸(H3PO4-H3BO3-HAc)缓冲液中,组氨酸的峰电流与其浓度在4.0×10^-82.0×10^-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为2.0×10^-9mol/L.实验结果表明:该电极具有良好的选择性、灵敏度、重现性、稳定性,可用于L-组氨酸测定.为氨基酸的电化学检测提供了一种灵敏的新方法.
By using potassium ferrocyanide modified electrodes, the content of L-histidine was measur by square wave voltammetry in the optimization of experimental conditions. The results show that in t three acid (HaPO4-HaBO3-HAc) buffer solution with the pH value 5. 00, the peak current and t concentration of histidine have a good linear relation in the range of 4.0×10^-8 -2.0×10^-5mol/L, a the detection limit is 2. 0 × 10^-9 mol/L. Experimental results show that the electrode has go selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility, stability, and can be used for determination of L-histidine. T research provides a new sensitive method for electrochemical detection of amino acid.
