摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)作为增容剂,采用熔融插层法制备了尼龙(PA)6/有机粘土(OC)纳米复合材料.采用X-光衍射仪(XRD)观察测试了复合材料的微观分散结构,研究了增容剂用量、粘土含量对所制备的复合材料的力学性能、热性能和阻隔性能的影响.实验结果表明:在研究范围内,与纯尼龙6相比,所制备的纳米复合材料的力学性能、热性能和阻隔性能均明显提高.当丙烯酸含量为2/3份(phr),有机粘土含量为4份(phr)时,PA 6/OC纳米复合材料的拉伸强度提高了约34%,同时材料具有较好的冲击韧性;热变形温度提高了18.2℃;吸水率下降了0.6%.
Nylon 6/organoclay(OC)nanocomposites were processed by melt intercalation with AA as compatilizer. The microstructure of nylon 6/OC nanocomposites was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The dependences of mechanical properties, heat distortion temperature and water barrier properties were investigated on the content of compatilizer and clay, respectively. The XRD analysis results show that PA6/OC nanocomposites have formed intercalated (partial exfoliated) structure. The nylon 6/OC nanocomposites exhibit significant improvement in mechanical properties, thermal properties, and barrier properties comparing with neat nylon 6. When the content of AA is 2/3 parts per hundreds of resin(phr), the loading of clay is 4 phr, there is 340//oo improvement in the tensile strength, 18. 2 C improvement in the heat distortion temperature, and 0. 6% decrement in water absorbing capacity of PA6/OC nanocomposites.
