摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法对不同产地31批丹参饮片进行丹参酮ⅡA含量测定,为丹参饮片质量控制提供参考。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Scienhome Kromasil C18(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(75:25),流速:1.00mL·min^-1,检测波长:270nm。结果:31批丹参饮片中丹参酮ⅡA含量0%~0.5%不等,其中有10批含量低于0.20%,1批为伪品。皮部颜色棕褐色或棕黄色,木部颜色灰白色或白色的丹参饮片,丹参酮ⅡA含量一定较低。结论:当前丹参饮片质量参差不齐,问题较大。应加强监管。外观性状可作为判断丹参饮片质量优劣的现场快速筛查方法。
Objective: To establish RP-HPLC method for simultaneously determining the content of tanshinone ⅡA in the 31 batches of prepared salvia mihiorrhiza slices produced in different origins, in order to provide reference standard for the quality control of crude drug of danshen. Methods: HPLC was performed on a Scienhome analytical column Kromasil C 1s (4. 6mm × 200mm, 5 μm) by using a mobile phase of methanol-water (75 : 25 ) gradient elution under a flow rate of 1.00mL.min^-1. The wavelength of detector was set at 270nrn. Results: In the 31 batches of prepared salvia miltiorrhiza slices, the content of tanshinone IIA vary from 0 % to 5 % , 10 batches of ones were lower than 0.20 % , one batch was common produce. To prepared salvia miltiorrhiza slices, Either sepia or yellow brown of its skin color or iron grey or the white of its xylem color, tanshinone ⅡA content is certainly lower. Conclusion : The quality of the prepared salvia mihiorrhiza slices is irregular, which should strengthen supervision. The outward appearance character can be a rapid method to judge the quality of salvia miltiorrhiza slices.
