应用型人才的素质由内在层面的修养、临界层面的能力、外在层面的核心能力三个基本要素构成。内在层面的修养决定着人的职业道德水准,临界层面的能力是人才能力的基础和根本,核心能力是在市场竞争中取得竞争优势的关键。应用型人才的素质结构体现在素质要素的排列顺序、水平分布、立体结构、组织形式四个方面。
