银掺杂TiO_2纳米管阵列的制备及可见光光电催化性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用电化学阳极氧化法在含Fˉ有机电解液体系中制备出高度有序、管径70nm、管长3~5μm掺银的TiO2纳米管阵列.考察了相关的工艺参数(电解液组成、时间、电压)对TiO2纳米管阵列形貌的影响.以SEM和XRD等技术对样品进行形貌和结构表征.采用目前文献报道较少的Ag对TiO2纳米管阵列进行掺杂,并以EDS和XRD对样品进行分析.以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,考察不同条件下各样品的光催化性能. The highly ordered TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by anodic oxidation by Electrochemistry anodization in organic electrolytes containing F-.Its diameter and length of the nanotube were 70 nm and 3~5μm respectively.Effects of related technological parameter(electrolyte composition,reaction time and voltage of anodization) on the nanotube appearance were investigated.SEM,XRD and EDS were employed to characterize and analyze on appearance,structure,component and phase of the samples.The doping of TiO2 nanotube arrays was carried out by silver,which the literature reports are few at present.Using methyl orange as goal degradation products,visible light photoelectrocatalysis activity of samples were investigated under different condition.
