摘要
提出了地下工程抢修作业计划与控制的发展要求与应对策略。在阐述地下工程抢修计划与控制基本概念基础上,从作战计划系统、项目管理、系统控制、模型设计等角度系统论证了地下工程抢修计划与控制的发展要求,建立了地下工程抢修计划与控制的开发框架;立足知识模型、计划拟制、集成机制、资源计划与均衡、知识推理等层次,提出了地下工程抢修计划与控制的研究策略,为地下工程抢修作业计划与控制技术的研究工作提供了科学指南。
In this paper,on the basis of the description about basic conceptions of plan and control in rapid operations for underground engineering,the author points out that requirement was demonstrated by the numbers from operational plan system,item management,system control,model design,and other point of view,and then the studying framework was established and based on knowledge model,plan organization,integration mechanism,resource plan and equilibrium,knowledge consequence,and other layers,strategy was proposed in plan and control studying fields of rapid repair operations for under ground engineering,which provided science directory for the studying work.
